Sample Application/Certificate for Payment form
Application/Certificate for Payment
The Application/Certificate for Payment form automatically calculates values such as:
  • Original Contract
  • Revised Contract
  • Work Completed To Date
  • Holdback To Date/Last Period/This Period
  • Deficiency Retainage
  • Payable This Period
  • GST/VAT Payable
Like all StatsLog4 forms, the layout, formatting, graphics, logos, labelling and data are completely customizable using FormMaker for StatsLog4 (included). For example, if your jurisdiction does not require GST/VAT tax, then it can easily be removed from the Application/Certificate for Payment form.

The sample Change Order form demonstrates some of the features of the built-in text editor:

Sample Schedule of Values and Work Performed report
Schedule of Values and Work Performed
This sample demonstrates how you can merge multiple reports into a single report with StatsLog4. In this case, the Schedule of Approved Change Order Values & Work Performed report was merged with the original contract schedule. Only the total line is shown for Change Orders, but you can easily show the entire report using the ReportMerger wizard (included).

Remember: StatsLog4 can generate this report in only a couple of mouse‐clicks using data that has been entered only once. No cut & paste, no extra work, and no possibility for errors.

StatsLog4 is not a web application, so you are completely in control of the location & security of your data. There is no need to rely on a third party for uptime, access or backup/restore procedures.

In multi-user environments, it is possible to share projects, reports and forms on your Local Area Network (LAN). You can also import StatsLog4 settings from a file, making the configuration of new installations a breeze.
