Architectural firms come in all shapes and sizes, from sole proprietorships to multi-national enterprises. Architects also perform contract admin in a variety of ways. Some employ a smaller CCA team that work on a larger number of projects, while others have a larger CCA team working on a smaller number of projects. The biggest firms tend to have a lot of both CCAs and projects. This means that when it comes to pricing, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach that works for everyone.
To accommodate this reality, we’ve expanded our licensing options so that you can find your perfect fit – regardless of the size of your company and the configuration of your CCA team.
STEP 1: Level Up!
We’ve split our licenses into three levels based on the size of your practice:
1 or 2 users at a single office.
3 or more users at up to 2 offices
Any number of users at 3 or more offices.
STEP 2: Select a Licensing Model
Once you’ve determined your license level, you can select the licensing model that best fits your projects and CCA team:
This licensing model is ideal when you have a few users working on a lot of projects.
By User licensing is available at all license levels.
This licensing model is ideal when you have a few projects being administered by a lot of users, or when you want to give FIVE a try on a job before making a big commitment.
By Project licensing is available at the Team and Enterprise license levels.
This licensing model is ideal when you have a lot of users and/or projects by providing unlimited user and project licenses for a fixed fee.
Unlimited licensing is available at the Team and Enterprise license levels.
